2023 Junior Rifle Program

The Franklin R&R Junior Rifle Program is a great way for our youth to learn the basic safety and handling of a .22 rifle. There is no charge for this community service which runs for 6 weeks on a Tuesday evening during the summer months. After 6 weeks of fun and learning the safe handling of a .22 rifle the Franklin R&R Junior Rifle Program ended on August 22, 2023 with a pizza party!
