SHOOT FOR A CAUSE PISTOL MATCH HELD AT FRANKLIN PISTOL RANGE
On Saturday, September 11, 2021, Franklin Revolver & Rifle Association, Inc. held a
pistol match to benefit Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice. All match proceeds and donations
from club members and attendees enabled Franklin R&R to present a check for $860
to Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice.
Franklin R&R invited members of the Hospice Team to attend a future Introduction To
Firearms Class. This program will consist of classroom instruction on firearm safety and
basic pistol shooting on the range with a personal coach for each participant. These
community service programs are made possible by grant money received from the
Friends of NRA.
Shown accepting the check for $860 on behalf of Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice are
Marlina Schetting, Chief Operating Officer (L), and John Quinlan, Director of
Foundation (2nd from L). Also shown in the photo are Franklin Revolver & Rifle
Association, Inc. members Robert Uzzalino (2nd from R) and Helen M. Swingle (R).
